It's so easy to book an appointment at Tapi! We offer two different types of appointments with our expert floorologists - you can either book a store appointment or we can arrange to visit you at home. Both are completely free, just choose the most convenient option for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, then we've made that very simple too.

How do I book an appointment?

It's so easy to book a free appointment! We offer either a store consultation or home visit so just pick the one that's most convenient for you.

1. Store: Go to our Store Appointment page, find your nearest Tapi store, then select the date and time. Get dedicated time with one of our expert floorologists over a hot drink, where we'll talk through your requirements and explore our huge flooring collection to narrow it down to your dream floor.

2. Home Visit: With our free Home Visit service, you can have an appointment with one of our floorologists in the comfort of your own home. We'll bring the store to your door! Go to Book a Home Visit, fill in your details and we'll let you know if our mobile showrooms are available in your area, then we'll get in touch ASAP to book your appointment.

Do you offer appointments at home?

We do! Our free home visit appointments are the best way to choose a new floor. We'll bring our store to you! While you ‘oooh’ and ‘ahhh’ over our gorgeous flooring samples and try out all the different options in the comfort of your own home, your friendly home consultant will measure your space and help plan your new floor. Head to the Book a Home Visit page to fill in your details and someone will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule your appointment.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the store?

There's no need to book an appointment to visit the store, but it's wise to book an appointment if you want a quote, especially on weekends when we're busier. Booking a store appointment ensures that there will be a dedicated floorologist just for you to chat flooring with over a lovely cup of tea or coffee. You can also let us know which flooring you're interested in or what rooms you're redecorating so we can have some samples ready for you to look at. Of course, if our flooring specialists are free when you pop in, they'll happily sit down with you to discuss your flooring needs.

How long is an appointment?

We earmark 45 mins to an hour for our store appointments but if you know exactly what you want, it can be a lot quicker! If you've got more than room to do or need to choose more than one type of flooring, it may take a little bit longer. You'll get plenty of time to look at the flooring choices during your appointment, but feel free to have a browse in-store before or after.

A home visit is around 90 minutes, depending on how many rooms need new flooring. The flooring expert will measure up (and double check their measurements) while they're there, so this can take a bit of time. We promise you'll never feel rushed to make a decision during any of our appointments.

How do I cancel my appointment or fitting?

We know life can get busy, so if you need to cancel, postpone or reschedule your appointment or fitting with us, that's absolutely fine! On the email confirming the date of your appointment or fitting you'll also find the phone number and email address of the Tapi store looking after you. Just give them a ring or ping them an email and they'll sort it all out for you.
