All items within the competitor quote need to be for the exact same carpet, underlay and accessories with identical product specifications including weight, dimensions and available widths, so we can compare apples with apples. Many retailers, including Tapi, rename the collections we sell, so if you’re able to provide us the with the manufacturer product names or a sample, this will really help us to check if we have the exact same carpet, underlay and accessories within our collections.

The Fine Print
