On 17th January 2025, John Lewis & Partners announced that Tapi Carpets & Floors would be opening flooring concessions in 17 of their UK stores. The first one is launching at John Lewis Oxford Street in February 2025, and you can see a list of all the John Lewis Tapi concessions here.
A collection of premium quality John Lewis branded carpets will be available in selected Tapi stores - watch this space to find out which ones!
Carpet and flooring samples are unavailable to take home from our John Lewis concessions, but if you spot something you like, the in-store floorologist will arrange for samples to be sent directly to your door.
We've carefully picked a selection from our flooring collection that we believe will give customers great choice and value across carpets, laminate, luxury vinyl, and engineered wood. However, if you’re looking for something specific and it’s unavailable to view in the concession, please speak to the Tapi concession store manager who'll be able to help.
