1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 or over. Applicants must be the owner of the home, and the flooring entry must be purchased from Tapi. Employees of Tapi and fitters are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form and upload your original photo at the highest resolution by the deadline, or email videos to [email protected]. Previous entries cannot be resubmitted.

3. Competition Period

The competition runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly round begins on the 1st of the month at 00:00 GMT and ends on the last day of the same month at 23:59 GMT. Late entries will automatically be rolled over into the following month.

4. Judging and selection

All eligible entries will be judged by a panel of representatives from Tapi. Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, originality and visual appeal. Two (2) winners will be selected per month; one (1) for carpet and one (1) for smooth flooring which includes laminate, vinyl, luxury vinyl, and engineered wood. The judging panel’s decision is final.

5. Prize

Each of the monthly winners will receive a cash prize of £500 via bank transfer once eligibility and correspondence has been confirmed by Tapi.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted directly via email within 7 days of judging. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the message, Tapi reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.

7. Rights and Usage

By entering the competition, participants grant Tapi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display submitted content in any media or marketing material. Content may be edited or adapted as needed while maintaining the original context.

8. Content Guidelines

Entries must be the participant’s original work and must not infringe on the rights of any third party. Entries must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.

10. Legal Stuff

This competition is run by Tapi and is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. We reserve the right to change or cancel the contest at any time, without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

Tapi accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. Tapi will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise.
