Should you fit LVT before or after kitchen units?

Typically, click LVT should be fitted after installing kitchen units as it needs to be free to expand and contract, and kitchen units can restrict that movement. Glue-down LVT is fine to be installed before kitchen units as it is fully bonded to the subfloor.

How do I clean and maintain LVT flooring in my kitchen or utility?

Is kitchen LVT waterproof or water resistant?
