Getting a free no-obligation quote from Tapi for new flooring is as easy as pie!
1. In Store – Visit your nearest Tapi store with your measurements, where our helpful floorologists will provide an accurate quote for you.
2. Book a free home visit – We'll bring flooring samples to your door, measure up, and give you a free quote.
3. Request a quote form – There's a ‘request a quote’ button on all of our product pages, where you can tell us rough measurements along with the room type and size, as well as any other flooring services you're looking for. Someone from your local Tapi store will send you a quote within 24 hours.
4. Email – Just send us an email at t[email protected] with your information and we can give you a quote.
5. Live Chat – Click the little speech bubbles at the bottom right of your screen to get a quick quote from a member of the team.
If your flooring is in stock, many of our floors can be delivered and fitted in days! How long it takes for your order to arrive depends on several factors such as the type of flooring, or whether your chosen colour/pattern/style is in stock with the manufacturer. Fitting availability can also hold up your order. We book fitting in advance but during busy times, you might have to wait a few weeks before a fitting slot becomes available.
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order and we’ve got the ball rolling, we’re unable to cancel it unless we’ve made an error as we incur costs from our suppliers when the order is confirmed. We want you to be 100% happy with your flooring so we’ll always make sure to double check all the details like measurements, style and colour with you before giving the go ahead. Please speak to the store dealing with your order as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order and we’ll see if there’s anything we’re able to do.
Yes, you can book a specific fitting date to suits your plans. If you find you need to change the date, please get in touch with the store dealing with your order as soon as possible so we can try our best to accommodate. If you’ve purchased our Delivery & Care package, this also includes up to 8 weeks of storage. We’re pretty flexible, so if you’re moving house and need to delay your flooring, we can look after it until you’re ready for fitting.
